At Windgate Properties, one of the major things that we specialize in is a much more personal level of care and attention-to-detail that you’re not going to find anywhere else. We always strive to maintain the closest possible relationship with all of our tenants, which lets them know that regardless of what they need or when they need it, we’ll be there.

In addition to using our website to view our list of available properties, for example, you can also complete all of the normal functions of your tenant account like paying your rent online or filling out maintenance requests the same way. We want to make things easier for you, not harder because at the end of the day we want you to know beyond the shadow of a doubt that all of your living needs and other concerns are taken care of in the best possible way.

Windgate Properties is also proud to operate one of the newest apartment complexes in the entire area. Our complex with 24 separate units was just completed in December, allowing us to offer newer fixtures, larger square footage and additional upgrades that nobody else can match.
